Eggslut is a chef-driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2011. Its menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that is both delicious and accessible. What began as a popular food truck cruising the streets of Los Angeles quickly evolved into a culinary phenomenon, with its first brick-and-mortar location opening in L.A.’s iconic Grand Central Market in 2013.
