Would I be able to pick up tickets that are not under my name?
No, only the original purchaser must be present and provide valid physical photo ID.
What if I booked the wrong show date/time, will I be able to exchange my ticket?

What if I am unable to attend the show? Will I be able to receive a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, however there is an option to attend the show for a future show date. Please email rioboxoffice@riolasvegas.com for further information.
Does Rio serve food in the showrooms?
All venues serve light snacks. Comedy Cellar offers a limited menu of pub style food. Marriage Can Be Murder and Faaabulous offers a full meal.
Comedy Cellar, Faaabulous, and Marriage Can Be Murder have servers, while other venues include a walk up bar for guests 21 years of age and over.

No, we are a cashless outlet and only accept credit cards as a form of payment.

Your balance will show the points you’ve earned and any available rewards.

Does Rio match tiers to other loyalty programs?
During designated promotional periods, a Rio Rewards representative may match your loyalty program tier from select Las Vegas casinos. Physical loyalty card, printed offer and/or loyalty app may be required for verification. Terms and conditions apply, and management reserves all rights.
Does Rio match offers from other loyalty programs?
Rio may extend offer matches to our guests in order to experience our new loyalty program and renovated Ipanema Tower rooms. To request an offer match, forward emails with offer information from other Las Vegas casinos, resorts and hotels, along with desired stay dates to matchtheoffer@riolasvegas.com. An offer match is not guaranteed, and official rules can be found at the Rio Rewards desk.
What are the benefits of the Rio Rewards loyalty program?
The Rio Rewards loyalty program recognizes both gaming and non-gaming spend. Points can be earned at slots, table games, and around the resort in non-gaming areas such as food and beverage, at varied earning rates. A point is worth a penny and points are earned fast! Can I smoke in the casino?
Yes. Smoking and vaping are allowed in most areas of the casino.
What are the table game hours at Rio?
Table games are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Do I need a rewards card to play?
No, but signing up for Rio Rewards is free and unlocks exclusive perks. You can pre-register for Rio Rewards online or sign up at the Rewards Desk when you arrive.

What fees are associated with my reservation?
Please refer to your hotel confirmation email for a detailed breakdown of the fees associated with your reservation. Rio Las Vegas charges a mandatory $50 + tax Resort Fee per night. Additional details regarding applicable fees can be found in your confirmation email.
Where is my deposit refund?
Incidental deposits are authorized at the time of check-in and released upon checkout. For credit or debit cards, the release typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution. International credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days to reflect the release, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.
What is the status of my reservation?

The view from Rio’s oversized hotel rooms is well worth the upgrade to a high-floor, strip-view room or suite. Non-hotel guests say the view from High Steaks Vegas and VooDoo Lounge is breathtaking and unforgettable.
Does Rio accept cash at the front desk?
Rio does not accept cash at check-in or check-out for payments or incidentals. All charges must be processed via credit card.
May I request late check out?
Late checkout can be requested on the day of departure for an additional fee and is based on availability. Speak with a front desk agent for more information.
Are pets allowed at Rio?
Yes, Rio is pet friendly. Dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less are allowed, up to 2 dogs maximum.
Rio’s Pet Fee is $150 per night, per dog.
A registration form is required at time of check in.
Do I need a room key to access the pool?
Yes. Hotel guests must scan their room key for pool access.
Does Rio offer laundry services?
Yes. Laundry services are available from the Bell Desk upon request for a small additional fee.
Press Only, Dry Clean & Press are available for both men’s and women’s garments. Pick up by 8:00 AM and returned same-day.
6-Hour Express Service is available – garments must be picked up by 11:00 AM and a $75 surcharge applies.
Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my reservation?
Free cancellations are available for refundable rates if completed at least 72 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty of the first night’s room rate plus tax.

Rio Bell Desk Hours are as follows:

Is smoking allowed at the resort?
There are designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars, and other areas. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places and it is also prohibited in guest suites.
What is the minimum age to check-in?
An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to check-in to a hotel reservation at Rio Las Vegas.
Is there Wi-Fi access?
Yes, high-speed internet access is available throughout the resort.
Can I get a rollaway bed?
Rollaway beds are available for delivery at $30 per night for guests staying in rooms with King beds only. We do not offer rollaway beds for double Queen bed rooms. All suites in the Ipanema Tower offer pullout couches for your comfort.

Do you offer a shuttle from the airport or to the Las Vegas Strip?
Rio does not offer a hotel shuttle from the airport or to the Las Vegas Strip. Rideshare and taxi options are readily available.
The pick-up location for rideshare is located next to the Rio hotel main entrance, near the valet pick-up area.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes! The fitness center is located at the Pool Entrance and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you have a business center?
We have a full-service Business Center offering basic printing, copying and scanning, inbound and outbound package handling, and package storage services. Located next to the Rio Convention Center, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How many guests are allowed in a room?
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in our standard suites. If more than 2 adults are occupying the suite, additional charges of $35 per additional guest, per night may be applied.
What type of amenities are included in the hotel room?
All of our suites offer an in-room safe, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Is there a coffee maker in the room?
Although there is not a coffee maker in the room, there is a Starbucks conveniently located on the Casino level near the Ipanema Tower hotel elevators.
Will I get Hyatt points for my hotel reservation?
Hyatt points are awarded for reservations that are booked directly through Hyatt. Reservations booked through 3rd parties, Casino, Groups, or Rio directly do not qualify for Hyatt points.

Can I set up a room block for my event attendees?
Yes. We offer room blocks for conferences and group events, with a wide range of accommodations.
The resort features over 2,500 guest rooms, with standard rooms measuring 582 square feet, ideal for attendee comfort. We also offer 130 suites ranging from 1,200 to 12,000 square feet for executives, speakers, and VIP guests.
Select premium suites include separate his-and-hers bathrooms, balcony hot tubs (weather permitting), and in the Masquerade Tower, Chairman and Presidential Suites with private rooftop swimming pools.
Are we allowed to brand throughout the conference area and hotel?
Yes. Branding opportunities are available throughout the conference areas and select hotel spaces.
Options include banners, window clings, and digital signage, as well as custom agendas and announcements displayed on in-room TVs for conference attendees.
What are your internet capabilities for meetings?
We provide enterprise-level, ultra-high-speed internet designed specifically for conferences, conventions, and large-scale events.
Our convention center is supported by robust fiber infrastructure, allowing us to deliver dedicated, high-capacity bandwidth customized to your event. This supports leadership summits, hybrid conferences, product launches, and live-streamed keynotes.
Hard-line internet connections are available for production teams, along with on-site IT and event technology support before and during your event. Private SSIDs, encrypted networks, and access controls can also be configured upon request.
How much is parking for conference attendees?
Parking is free for all conference attendees.
There is no charge to park in any on-site parking lots, making arrival and logistics simple for guests, exhibitors, and production teams.
Do you have outdoor event spaces? Can we host an event in the pool area?
Yes. We offer multiple outdoor venues, including poolside and large-format open-air spaces.
Ipanema Pool features four swimming pools and can be made private to host events for up to 3,000 guests, making it ideal for receptions, buyouts, and evening functions.
For large-scale outdoor activations, our 10-acre parking lot is also available and has previously hosted automotive launches, outdoor exhibits, and rodeo-style events.
Do you have unique venues for receptions?
Yes. We offer several distinctive reception venues, ranging from intimate tastings to rooftop experiences and large-scale events.
For rooftop receptions, High Steaks by James Trees and VooDoo Lounge provide sweeping views of the Las Vegas skyline from the top of the Masquerade Tower. At High Steaks, guests can enjoy a customized menu curated with celebrity chef James Trees for a standout dining experience.
For smaller, refined gatherings, the Wine Cellar offers an intimate, elegant setting. For larger receptions, the Rio Event Stage in Masquerade Village supports concerts, streaming events, and high-capacity receptions, complete with a stage and three state-of-the-art LED walls.
Do your meeting spaces have built-in stages?
Yes. Several of our meeting and event venues feature built-in stages with professional lighting and AV capabilities.
Two conference rooms include permanent stages, integrated lighting, multiple AV configurations, and backstage green rooms. For larger productions, the Rio Event Stage in Masquerade Village features three state-of-the-art LED walls and can be configured for private or public events, including live performances and large-scale gatherings.
Additionally, when not in use for performances, the Penn & Teller Theater offers a 1,475-seat venue with a full stage, built-in AV, and a spacious foyer, ideal for pre or post-event receptions.
How many attendees can your meeting and conference space hold?
Our meeting and conference space can accommodate groups from 10 to 5,000 attendees, depending on room configuration and event format.
We offer 220,000 square feet of total meeting and event space, including more than 55,000 square feet of flexible conference areas. Our largest ballroom can host up to 5,000 attendees in a theater-style setup, while our smallest boardroom is ideal for executive meetings of 10 guests.
For larger programs, our spaces can be configured into up to 80 breakout rooms, supporting multi-day conferences, concurrent sessions, and fully customized layouts. Event planners can also incorporate branding, staging, and audiovisual enhancements to match their program goals.

What are the pool hours?

Do I need a room key to access the pool?
Yes. Hotel guests must scan their room key for pool access.
How can I book a cabana or daybed?
In season, reservations can be made online or by speaking with our pool receptionist team. Space is limited—advance booking is highly recommended.
If a refund for any pool reservation is needed, please reach out to pooloperations@riolasvegas.com for assistance.
Are floaties and pool toys allowed?
For safety reasons, large flotation devices and pool toys are not permitted.
What amenities are included with cabana rentals?
Each cabana includes a shaded lounge area, personal safe, stocked mini-fridge with bottled water, and dedicated service. Additional food and beverage may be purchased separately.
What is the dress code at Ipanema Beach Club?
Resort-style swimwear is required. Inappropriate attire such as jeans, athletic wear, baggy clothing, or offensive clothing is not permitted. Management reserves the right to enforce the dress code.
Are there lockers available for personal items?
Lockers are not available. Guests are encouraged to store valuables in their hotel room. Cabanas include a personal safe for guest use.
Is there a re-entry policy for the pool?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed with your room key, day pass or Azul level and above Rio Rewards Card.
Does the pool area have hot tubs?
Yes, there are 2 hot tubs available at the Lagoon Pool for guests to enjoy.
Can I bring outside food and beverages to the pool?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Ipanema Pool offers a full-service menu with tropical cocktails, refreshing drinks, and poolside bites.
What items are prohibited from being brought into the pool?
Prohibited items include: luggage, professional cameras, glass items, sharp objects, weapons, outside food/drinks, speakers, umbrellas, beach/personal chairs, coolers/ice chests/insulated bags, illegal drugs, skateboards/scooters/hoverboards, and refillable water bottles (must be emptied upon entry).
Is there a minimum spend for cabanas and daybeds?
There is no minimum spend; however, a rental fee applies. Food and beverage purchases are separate. Pricing varies based on the day of the week and any special events.
Do you offer bottle service at the pool?
Yes! VIP bottle service is available, with a selection of premium spirits, champagne, and handcrafted cocktails. Reservations are encouraged.
Is the Rio pool open to the public?
